The previous comparison branches assumed that the truk@HEAD from approx. one month ago was still the same. Unfortunately it is not. Unfortunately there are significant differences (hundreds).
The Shared branch merges the trunk @ 16685 (8th February 2020)
Includes Danny's ticket 940 AND HaC.
A branch was made from here to begin implementation of the Plan outlined on the Previous page.
The major work will be to the initialisation/ branch. A large part of this will entail stitching together what is already available using the Quasi-trunk and what has been HaCked together to make CABLE work. We decided before we began to make sure we could go all the way and make CABLE-HAC work.
Some modifications to the Shared branch were required.
This working branch has not been fully tested.
The next step is to somewhat backtrack and add/modify to Shared branch the "married" changes.
