CABLE code

Where is the CABLE code stored?

CABLE code is in a svn repository at NCI. The repository address is http://trac.nci.org.au/svn/cable . For more information, see section 2.1 of the CABLE user guide.

How do I download CABLE code?

You will need to checkout a copy from the CABLE repository. If you only intend to run CABLE, it is recommended you checkout a tagged (numbered) CABLE version. If you wish to modify the code, you should create your own code branch from the trunk, and checkout a copy of your branch. For more information, see section 2.1 and section 6 of the CABLE user guide.

How do I make changes to CABLE code?

Make yourself a code branch from the CABLE trunk, check this out, make the changes you want, test them, commit the changes back to your branch. In general, committing often is a good strategy. For more information, see section 2.1 and section 6 of the CABLE user guide.
