are billing addresses associated with User Profiles and Companies?
- what about Membership Applications (does the MembershipApplication need a billing address
Because some fees ARE deductible and some aren't, it is important to members that those fees be clearly separated. AND some of fees might be paid by their company and some of the fees might need to be paid by the member
- is it enough that the fees be separated? or must the fees be sent to separate billing entities (ex: 1 to the member, 1 bill to a company?)
