Project Development Weekly Progress Report

Progress Summary

This week On the backend side project is set to run on local. Mysql database is set to run cleanly on local and dockerized on cloud. Exception Handler mechanism for backend is setup. Security config and filters are implemented. User class and its controller are implemented and rest of the project structure is prepared for further development. On the Web side, Project was initialized and its folder structure has been improved for a more conventional development. Eslint was installed to create a coding standard throughout the project. React Router was implemented along with how the topbar and sidebar will be wrapped around rest of the app. Authentication views are ready and waiting for integration with the backend.

On the Mobile side, Flutter project was initialized. Opening, sign up, login and forgot password pages are implemented. Documentation about the installation of the project was prepared.

Risks

Implementing too many new features right before a customer milestone will create some problems with time management. We need to implement and test everything together and make sure that they work. Furthermore, we need to prepare milestone artifacts for everything we have done so far. Running on constant deadlines is becoming our lifestyle
