Chat
To move the chat box navigate to resouce/ui/basechat.res and use the "xpos" and ypos" under the "HudChat" element in order to move the chat around. It can also be resize by editing the "wide" and "tall" values
You can use hud_saytext_time in console to adjust the amount of seconds each message will be shown on screen, the default value it's 12
