iBiblia v1.0.0.49 New features

The following changes are included in this release:

• Added option to keep iBiblia window always on top (#21);
• Unimplemented menu entry "Merge projects..." removed. This is provided by iBibliaMergeTool;
• Verse edition doesn't ask for confirmation anymore. Now all changes are automatically kept, but can be reverted using the Rollback changes button if you have not clicked the save button yet (#22);
• New ways to exit edit mode added, besides Esc key. It now also exits when you change verses and when you select a word on another verse edit (#22);
• Now the destination text verse edit enters automatically in edit mode if the verse is empty. This is useful in a translation project, in which all verses are empty.
