Localization polishing and other fixes

• Verse reference displayed on window title is now localized;
• Concordance module properties now are localized;
• Language selection now is persisted;
• Switching language now translates navigation tree and status radio groups;
• Trying to export an Old Testament concordance not informs the user that it is not yet implemented;
• When exportation fails now the user is warned about the possibility of the file being used by theWord.
