Add "List View" item on sidebar and remove "Word counts" item

Production Prismic changes

1. Add a "List View" sidebar_item item

2. Remove "Word Counts" item from "AIID Sidebar"
3. Add the new "List View" item to the "AIID Sidebar" right under the "Table View"

4. Edit the "Project and Community - EN" footer item and rename "About Apps" footer item to "Apps and Summaries"
