Translate Fastlane metadata (app details) to PT-BR

This translates short_description.txt & full_description.txt.

This does not:

• Translate screenshots and/or other images
• Keep any of the untranslated files such as video.txt (empty), title.txt, and the images folder, let me know if I should add them back in.

I'll keep translations for the strings used in the images in case one can build one. I won't include texts from the screenshots;
