@dosumis - here is the difference in report.tsv
notes:

1. old is using reasoned, new unreasoned
2. old-to-new.tsv shows lines that are in old but not in new, and vise versa for new-to-old.tsv (R code attached too)

Will look closer, but there seems to be some major differences
