I am Control and Automation Engineer with dual citizenship (Brazilian and Italian) and knowledge in Data Science and Machine Learning. Currently working as a Data Analyst and Data Scientist, developing projects with NLP tools (automatic tagging of CSAT responses, topic modeling and keyword extraction), creating dashboards for Commercial, Marketing and process monitoring, using SQL, GCP and Metabase tools.
I have approximately 20 years of experience in several areas of activity, such as quality, production, coordination, and supervision of teams, always working with a focus on the company's objectives in terms of results, quality, continuous improvement, and personal development. International experience in Germany for a year and a half where I studied and was an intern at Daimler Chrysler-Stuttgart.
