Maybe add EOSC as funders?
The workflow used as an example here goes from :
- First, produce a protein FASTA file from a nucleotide FASTA file using Prodigal (a tool that predicts protein-coding genes from DNA sequences).
- Then, use InterProscan to create a tabular. Interproscan is a batch tool to query the InterPro database. It helps identify and predict the functions of proteins by comparing them to known databases.
- Finally, discover SanntiS both to build genbank and especially to detect and annotate biosynthetic gene clusters (BGCs). |

maybe you can also link the tools?

You can now embedd workflows. Have yout tried if this is working in slides?

Hello everybody !
So, I did a bit of work to understand ro-crate for myself and to do so I used a workflow of earth-system I just did.
I thought maybe it could be interesting to share the work I did for RO-Crate babies like me ;)
What are you though on that ?
As you can see in the beginning I tell the the user to go check 2 other tutorials. Should I put that in the prerequisites or leave like that so that it's very visible? Or create a learning pathway ?
What is the best approach here ?
Plus, it's the 1st time I try a slide tuto hope it's okay ! ;)
