• Discussing date for another weekly meeting
• Discussing and deciding system and non-functional requirements
• Preparing questions for the ambigious aspects of the project.

Discussion Notes

• This meeting was a continuation of Meeting #3 . Also, it was a sudden meeting so not everyone was able to attend.
• The new weekly meeting date is set as Thursdays 20.00 .
• Initial draft of system and non-functional requirements were decided and written in the Google Docs created at the last meeting.
• Questions determined during the meeting were documented to ask in the PS sessions.
• We distiributed requirements among the group members to transfer them to the wiki with detailed sentences.
• We decided to select a reviewer who is usually next person in order on the sidebar for every issue. This will help us to complete each other and track what's going around in the other issue.
