• Reviewing all the shortcomings so far for the project.
• Decisions will be made about what is done and what needs to be done.
• Preparing for gathering deliverables together.

Discussion Notes

• This meeting was a daily meeting for the part up to the milestone task.
• Google Drive document which is prepared for all the shortcomings in the project so far were reviewed. Discussed what is done and what needs to be done in these shortcomings.
• Since there were not much time left for the deadline of deliverables, Ömer Akalın raised the the issue that we need to split to tasks for gathering deliverables in our wiki pages.
• Everyone has agreed with the Ömer and assigned tasks to minor groups to form up the deliverables ready before deadline.
• It was decided not to carry out the user scenario part until deadline since it was not mentioned that it needed to be done in the initial stages, and now there is not enough time to complete. (One last chance has given to this part for the last day of the deadline.)
• Forming Project plan and RAM for deliverables, assigned to some group members to get ready for individual refills.
• Decided to import prepared contents for the milestone report, after creating a template for the milestone report in the wiki page.
• Discussed how and who will export UML diagrams and mockups from Miro and Canva respectively.
• Discussed what is the difference between "Management related significant issues" and "Main Contributions" sections described by staff of course in the milestone 1 assignment moodle page. Decided to ask about it in the PS hours on Monday,10/04/23:13.00.
• Group splitted into small groups on the discord, then every group worked on what needs to be done during the meeting.
