The release workflow is now failing because the buster-backports Debian repo that was previously used to build the Docker image is now unsupported. See #104
We obviously need to upgrade the base OS to a newer version, but as a temporary fix to deploy the CNAME records feature we need to switch mail servers, I believe we should be able to use the archived Debian repo which exists at a different URL.
This PR switches the Debian repo URL from http://deb.debian.org/debian to http://archive.debian.org/debian.
