  1. Added Japanese translations of the "readFirst" and "license" sections of the Download WebGAL page.
  2. The "docsRedirect.ts" file is created in the root directory, which can output the redirected document link according to the language version of the current browser.
  3. Using the "docsRedirect" function exported in the second article, all document links in the current page are redirected to the language version.

1.增加了Download WebGAL页面的"readFirst"和"license"部分的日文翻译。
2.在根目录下创建了docsRedirect.ts文件，能够根据当前浏览器的语言版本，输出重定向后的文档链接。
3.利用第二条中导出的docsRedirect函数，对当前页面中的所有文档链接都做了语言版本重定向。
