MOM6 coupled model configuration for relaxing to sea surface salinity climatology

All remain the same as in the sample files, except in the input.nml file, i.e., the ocean model set up is similar to the free running version while it relaxes to SSS climatology.

Note: The addition of MOM_saltrestore as an option in the setting of parameter_filename, see MOM_saltrestore for an example.
