FBbt import updates

A Jenkins job updates FBbt in the master version to the latest GO every time GO is updated. This update also checks for consistency of the resulting ontology. To update GO in the master version, simply save the file fbbt-merged, produced by this job, over fbbt-edit.obo in the master repository. One should, of course, keep the name 'fbbt-edit.obo'. This is generally only done by the FlyBase ontology editor when producing an FBbt release.
Note - fbbt no longer imports from CHEBI. It does use a few PATO terms, so this job should be extended in future to add a PATO update.
FBbt GO update uses OORT to update all terms used in axioms on FBbt terms and pull terms and relationships on all paths to root for these terms.
