Assets can be classified according to their type. This is useful for collecting aggregate data on different types of assets.

To Create an asset classification tree go to the Asset Classification page and click create asset classification tree.

Fill out the fields. ID is a reference Id that can be anything. It is useful for finding using a company ID system.

Click the Action Button at the bottom of screen and submit.
