Issues we fixed since our last call:
- Added missing NMTF filter expressions
- Used updated TM1 VOT settings
Still to do:
- Update CDAP person participation selection to be random for remaining persons #256
- Allow for grade school segment to not be shadow priced #255
- Re-run TM1 with comparable setup:
  - fix accessibility transit round trip path is available bug
  - fix CDAP grade school age bug (and fix in ASIM as well)
  - set all zones with short walk transit
  - Ensure indiv non-man tour freq extension always returns 0 tours
- Update summaries, re-review, repeat
- Release updated version of the code, docs, etc and post package to pypi
