  • We need to streamline the process of adding new members

  • @RSG to write an updated good faith effort to add a DBE
  • @Bill to see if we can amend the MOU so only new members need to sign when adding a new member?
  • @Bill to see if Planning Directors can sign instead of Agency of Directors?
• Work orders
  • Agreed to standardize on 12 month work orders from June to June
  • By April, we set the work order amount based on the number of partners that have joined
  • If a partner joins after April, that's fine, but the funds go in the bank for next year's work order
  • We'll establish a bit of a funding buffer so agency payment schedule is not so closely tied to work order execution
• Add language to the Governance page once finalized
