[plat-520][k8s] Renamed the CPU metric based on kube-state-metric #12100

Kube-state-metric has changed the CPU metric name in this version.
I have updated the code to use new metrics in the place of the old ones.
Due to this change, we won't be able to see historical CPU data for a few days because Prometheus have historical data for old CPU metrics.
This PR is related to this PR, and it should have merged after merging the mentioned PR.

I replaced the metrics.yml in the running yugaware container and restarted the yugaware. As a result, we can see the CPU metrics on Platform UI with Kube-state-metric v2.4.1.
