Summary: Yelp V2 is using some depreciated categories. So we hard coded translations to the V3 aliases. Now, all the categories returned are in alias format

Note that we are constructing with alias's which may not be all that interpretable. NUDelta/affinder#12 covers this as a new interface obstacle for creators. For another day. |
