Description

  • Upgraded pydantic to v2
  • Fixed some type hint issues with type not being compatible with Python 3.8
  • Added roadmap and changelog to docs

Motivation and Context

Upgrading pydantic dependency to v2 for future-proofing and much faster performance

Improved some type hints to be compatible with Python 3.8

How Has This Been Tested?

Full test suite, linting and mypy checks.
