I don't think there was any deep thing behind, I just followed how api sets transforms. Might now have been best way. Will take a look. |

This is my attempted fix for issue #234
Basically, it replaces dealing in global transforms with dealing in relative transforms where possible.
Perhaps, there was some deep reason for it to be done as is; if you explain it to me I'll update pull request.
