This adds support for H.265 video encoding/decoding to libwebrtc. This is ported from https://github.com/open-webrtc-toolkit/owt-deps-webrtc and most notably commits 0abff7c and 0abff7c by jianjunz <[email protected]> as well as any relevant fixes in this area that were added in the meantime.
