6bed4 in an old frame format, but working

This is a step up to an upcoming "final" release of 6bed4 router and peer for the Linux commandline. Henri Mansoft has been chugging away at the code to get it working in a context where an ISP only provides a /64 -- as do many low-cost server networks, these days.

Upcoming are incompatible protocol changes (so peer and server both need to be replaced a the same time) which will move 6bed4 into production. Finally :)
