Some final steps for the arizona-specific code. Not everything is in there (UUID codes and new table, for one) but it should do basic functionality and be close enough to schema. Note that running this with the demo data will lead to empty transactions dataframes because the subset is so small and most recipient ids cannot be recognized as individuals or organizations.
