Added the ability to build defaults.ini files

Added the -d option to nvram_build to generate a defaults.ini-format file in addition to the normal NVRAM backup format.

Add dumping out of initial default settings file

Added a -d option to read the format used by /etc/defaults.ini. The initial standalone code for this was contributed by mlan and merged into nvram_dump as an option.

License file format change

Changed the license file from plain text to Markdown. The license itself hasn't changed.
