Previously it was unclear how to exactly check Redmine for pending work. This resulted in Foreman 3.11.3 being tagged while actually having no changes at all. It now adds instructions to use the saved queries that have always been there. In addition, it adds instructions to update them. The instruction to add a new patch version is also made more explicit.
