Dotool support

Added support for dotool which doesn't require a service and should work everywhere.

Hmmm, this looks a bit so-so for me.

1. It doesn't seem worth pulling in anaphora as a dependency just for the usage here
2. The use of temp files seems last-resort ugly to me
3. dotool itself looks good

I think it works now, I tried to get everything handled using call-process-region but it wouldn't work with dotool for some reason, though shell-command-on-region does.
