Consult with IG/TG convenors on Wiki content moves

In response to #16 proposal to move current wiki content to static HTML pages and make redirects (was this what we ended up with?

• send a message to TDWG-Content with warning about sunsetting
• work with Dimitris to send message to IG/TG convenors
• move the content [to GitHub?]
• update website to remove from menu
• make a news item for home page
• set up redirects

@peterdesmet can you send out the note to TDWG-content ASAP? Or find someone else to do it. I am not sure I have a complete handle on the plan so I am not offering.
