Shutdown owl.tdwg.org server

We like to shutdown the prehistoric owl tdwg machine at GBIF. It serves varies things at the moment, some of which have been migrated already to a newer setup:

• mailman & http://lists.tdwg.org
• TWiki at http://wiki.tdwg.org/
• http://rs.tdwg.org exposing the SVN & static content
• http://lsid.tdwg.org
• http://tapir.tdwg.org
• Mailman has been migrated: Migrate mailmain to new server / VH #53
• The wiki should be moved and archived at github: Consult with IG/TG convenors on Wiki content moves #62, What to do with wiki content? #16
• rs.tdwg.org hosts various resources, some of which have been migrated already. Propose to archive the SVNs somewhere, as github repos if possible. Migrate rs.tdwg.org  #59, Where are the TDWG Ontologies going to go? #33
• lsid is dysfunctional and can be shutdown? Decide about fate of lsid.tdwg.org #60
• tapir.tdwg.org does not seem to be used: Run TAPIR tester & builder somewhere tapir#5

We talked many months ago about crawling the twiki site. I haven't done
that, as I'm not sure how to test the results as an effective archive --
something that would enable us to at least read all of the content. If we
ran a typical wget job, where would we put the results? Also, the twiki
site itself seems to be effectively unusable. Any ideas?

I have copied the entire twiki installation into this github repo: https://github.com/tdwg/wiki-archive
So all data is preserved and we can shutdown the wiki cause it is dysfuncitonal anyways as you say

TAPIR can be shutdown as we have another instance of the tools running at sourceforge, see tdwg/tapir#5

The rs.tdwg.org rewrites are already ticketed in https://github.com/tdwg/ontology/issues/ . Assigning to @timrobertson100 who can reassign as necessary.

I have shut down owl.tdwg.org / 192.38.28.106, also last known as lsid.tdwg.org and tapir.tdwg.org.

Dumps of the filesystems are on tdwgng, in the /root/owl-backup directory. These ones compressed very well, so aren't anywhere near as large as falcon's.
