arcpyStreams v0.2

This release differs little from the "dissertation" release version, but has an added perl script that will help in calculating geographic distance between localities along a stream network. This is still very much in development, and I plan to make some big changes soon that will make this package much more usable, and significantly improve documentation. This particular release is being done mostly so I can get a Zenodo DOI assigned to the project.
