Fixed a file parsing bug that triggered when input files had not been sorted by population. This sometimes caused individuals to be read into the incorrect source population. This bug was carried over from the original BA3 code, so anyone who has used any previous version of BayesAss should re-run analyses if their input files were not sorted according to population.
