A lot of fullscreen games and programs have an option to run in a window but quite a few of them do not remove their borders in this mode, they lack borderless window mode. It can be irritating to be unable to move and snap such windows firmly.

This PR introduces the feature of hiding or showing the window title and border without resizing the client area. After hiding window title and borders you can use AltDrag to snap these borderless windows firmly to the screen borders.

This sounds... almost like an i3wm! Any chance it can be merged?
