When I use my keyboard to change the volume I get an indicator on the current screen or near the sound icon with the volume level. Is there any way to trigger that when alt+scroll is set to change the volume, or something similar ?
I thought that appears automatically on volume change, seems like it's not.
Thanks.

It would be actually quite simple, AltDrag could simply generate a the multimedia key sequence to increase/decrease the volume and the visual indicator would appear.
I am implementing this in my fork: RamonUnch/AltSnap#155

1) Create the Sned_Key(vkey) function to simply sned key up/down event to the system.
2) Simplify greatly the Volume action by using Sned_Key(VK_VOLUME_UP/VK_VOLUME_DOWN)
3) remove Windows Vista+check because the VK_VOLUME_* trick works also on Windows XP
4) Remove the CoInitializeEx() call because it is not needed anymore.
This removes any dependencies to `OLE32.DLL`...
