This is a small tool for testing force feedback devices
similar to fftest(1). It's explicitly for testing of the
rumble effect at different strength.

Usage:

./rumble-test /dev/input/eventX 0x0001

Rumble at minimum strength

./rumble-test /dev/input/eventX 0xffff

Rumble at full strength
