0.2.0: SourceJS 0.6.0 compatibility fixes and legacy cleanup

• Add support for SourceJS as NPM module (default in 0.6.0 branch)
• Improve install docs
• Clean legacy options structure

Note: 0.2.x branch supports only SourceJS 0.6.x branch, for older versions, please use 0.1.x plugin releases.
