  1. Added Azure Event Hubs Entra SASL Mechanism 

    Azure Event Hubs provides optional Kafka protocol compatibility. In order to authenticate, an OAUTHBEARER SASL mechanism is provided that builds a SASL client response with an Azure Entra token.
