This PR makes possible to translate from English to any other supported language in Text Editor.
Some problems exist with translation of True strings, that may translate
No Operationthe wordNo, becomesNãoin Portuguese.Documentation lines with ... may appear out of sequence, or be missing.
When translating from other languages, validation errors may appear.
Unit tests for full translation are failing. I suspect it is the need to flush the file with changes.
