Update crate for use with
svd2rustversion0.31.0. I briefly went through the svd2rust release pages, the primary extra/manual change I noticed that needed to be done here was to bump the MSRV to1.70.I was working on yusefkarim#1 (updates to the Always-On (AON) Domain peripheral) and decided to create this PR first since I am using the latest version of
svd2rust. If there is no desire to updatesvd2rust, please let me know and I can redo yusefkarim#1 usingsvdrustversion0.26.0👍
