This PR aims to:

  • Enables ModelCars within the cluster
  • Adds InferenceService (modelCars) and ServingRuntime based on vLLM within RHOAI for deploying Granite in the ic-shared-llm namespace
  • Removes the “previous” deployment of Mistral LLM using k8s resources.
