Update CITATION.cff according to SDMC Publication Policy. Remove .zenodo.json #1836

Purpose of this PR

To reduce redundancy, remove .zenodo.json since CITATION.cff contains all the required information. Accoding to Zenodo they are able to evaluate the CITATION.cff.

Add keyword active-development as required by SDMC Publication policy.

@dklein-pik: I set up a CITATION.cff file for NGFS as well, and used some validation tool (/p/projects/rd3mod/tools/cffconvert). Might you adjust cff-version to 1.2.0, because only then, Pascal's ORCID can be validated, see here.

I validated the CITATION.cff using cffconvert

$ cffconvert --validate -i CITATION.cff

and it states

Citation metadata are valid according to schema version 1.2.0.
