Purpose of this PR

  • Change default value for electrolysis tax ramp-up share parameter from b=30 to b=20
  • Changing default value for electrolysis tax ramp-up increase parameter from a=0.4 to a =0.2

Type of change

  • Minor change (default scenarios show only small differences)
