gh #16: Updates to ut_raft classes

• utSuiteNavigator - Updated start function to take the path from test_suite yaml file to execute the binary
• utPlayer - Enhanced the play function to accept optional arguments for the player tool
• utBaseUtils - Introduced a new class containing common reusable functionalities, including the scpCopy function for copying files to the target
• utHelper - Updated the downloadToDevice function to utilize scpCopy from the utBaseUtils class
