RDK-43929 New Resolution headers update for 600p, 768p, 3840x1080p

The change is oke, just additions, not changing the interface, but could you please submit it on master (thats where development takes place) than we will move it for QA to an RX (R4) branch and if required, let us now but, in the end you might need it on a release branch R4_<MINOR> to continue working with it. We will cherry pick it there.
If you submit it on master it will continue to live on forever :-) if you submit on R4, the change is gone if we move to the next major release e.g. R5
