This repository is associated with a study that has been published at Limnology and Oceanography Letters. It was created so that our research could be more transparent and reproducible. However, the R scripts were written for my personal use – I tried to keep it reasonably commented, but it is not necessarily intended for use by others. Some functions that should should be useful for other users can be found in the Functions folder. Note that not all functions or scripts (or even data) are still relevant to the current manuscript – much of it is old or exploratory.

The data files in the FatTails_rawData folder were collected by and belong to the North Temperate Lakes Long Term Ecological Research Program. Use of these data must adhere to the NTL-LTER Data Access Policy.

All code included in this repository is released under the GPL v3 License, which is included as the file LICENSE.

If you have questions about the study, manuscript, code, or data, please feel free to contact me (Ryan) via GitHub or email.
