OCP JVM failure io.quarkus.qe.tcp.OpenShiftTcpAmqIT is not related.

OpenShiftUsingExtensionLegacyKeycloakIT failed in native, but I don't think it can be related to changes in KC img and the fact that it is using quay.io/keycloak/keycloak:14.0.0 feels wrong. We should probably go with 19.0.3-legacy.
