These changes are mostly aimed at the launcher, but will also require slight restructoring in the server.
Goal of this patchset is to allow creation and registration of new game editions, obtaining available editions as well as allowing users to register the game they want to play.
Edition registration is separated for both EFT and Arena.
Discussion
I'll probably introduce a different path (
account/wipe/{profileId}) for actually wiping the profile to use a specific edition instead of reusing/account/register/game. (which is for registering which games they own)
